Overview（概述）

Thisprocedureisusedtoremoveexcessbonegrowthandreshapethehipjointtoallowforproperjointmovement.

　　本手术用于去除骨赘生物并重塑髋关节，以恢复正常的关节活动。

Preparation（准备）

Thepatientispositionedsothatthefrontofthehipisclearlyvisibletothephysician,andtheareaiscleanedandsterilized.Localanesthesiaisadministeredtonumbtheinjectionsite,andasedativeisprovidedtorelaxthepatient.Generalanesthesiamaysometimesbeused.

　　病人摆妥体位，以便医生能看清髋关节前方。局部清洁消毒。施以局麻对注射部位进行麻醉，并用镇静剂使患者放松。有时，会使用全麻。

AccessingtheJoint（显露关节）

Thesurgeonmakesanincisionoverthehipandcarefullyseparatesthefemurfromthehipsocket.

　　术者在髋关节上作一切口，将股骨从髋臼窝上脱离。

ReshapingtheJoint（关节塑形）

Thesurgeonusesaburr,chiselorrasptotrimawayexcessbonegrowthontheheadofthefemurorthesocket.Inmanycases,boththeacetabulumandfemoralheadrequiretreatment.Thefemurisreshapedsothatitisroundandsmooth,allowingittoglidefreelyinthesocketcup.Overhangingbonearoundtherimofthecupisremovedsothatitdoesnotimpacttheheadofthefemur.

　　术者使用磨钻、骨凿或骨锉剪除股骨头或髋臼上的骨赘。在有些病例，髋臼和股骨头均需要处理。对股骨塑形，使之圆滑，以便它在髋臼内自由滑动。去除髋臼边缘伸出的骨赘，这样它就不会撞击股骨头。

RepairingOtherDamage（修复其它损伤）

Thejointisexaminedforsignsofdamage.Ifthelabrumistorn,orifarticularcartilageisdamaged,thesurgeonwillmakethenecessaryrepairs.

　　检查关节有无其它损伤征象。如果盂唇有撕裂或关节软骨损坏，术者会作必要的修复。

EndofProcedureandAfterCare（手术结束和术后护理）

Theincisionsareclosedwithsuturesorsurgicalstaples.Thehipisbandaged.Physicaltherapywillbeneeded,andcrutchesorawalkershouldbeusedtoavoidputtingweightonthehipfortwotosixweeks.

　　用缝线或外科皮钉关闭切口，髋关节用绷带包扎。可能需要物理治疗。2~6周内应该使用拐杖或助行器以免髋关节负重。
